1. 1996: Cyberdata International Inc. cooperated in Canada, focused on research and develop mulitple internet protocols' communication platform, named zBOX
2. 1999: the technology zBox was sold to Karunga Technology Inc, in USA. And based on the zBox, the SME enterprise online solution was developed. In 2002 the company was listed in Nasdaq.
3. 2003: Cyberdata bought back zBox technology and enchanced the zBox as online application platform. The multiple online services were launched based on the enchanced zBox. like FITs for Provincial Language Service Center, webhost business, etc ...
4. 2004: Cyberdata started new investments to develop 3PLs and supply chain management system top on zBox. And formally launched SaaS(Software as a Service) in Canada in 2006 to generate positve cash-flow.
5. Early 2008: Established China venture (Link800 informatin technology) to develop Chinese version of 3PLs and supply chain management system, and get pilot customers online.
6. Aug. 2008: Link800 formally kicked off marketing and SaaS in China market.
